Finding a workflow
Open the workflow library from the Workflows page. Browse or search by name, and filter by practice area or category. You can favorite workflows for quick access. Workflows come from four places:- Personal — workflows you’ve created, visible only to you
- Drafts — workflow proposals the AI builds when you ask for something multi-step in chat. Save the ones you want to keep; discard the rest. See Drafts for details.
- Organization — workflows published by your admin, available to everyone in your firm
- Saga Lab — curated workflows provided by Saga’s legal engineers, designed around common legal processes
Saving and sharing
After you’ve built a workflow that works well, use Save and run in the builder — the first save adds it to your personal library and kicks off the first run at the same time. If it’s something your team would benefit from, check Request to make organizational when saving — an admin reviews and approves it, and it becomes available to everyone. You can also duplicate any Organization or Saga Lab workflow into your personal collection to customize it for your own needs. The original stays unchanged.Saga’s legal engineers can build custom workflows for your organization. If you have a multi-step process that would benefit from automation, reach out to your account team.
