Building a workflow from scratch takes thought. The workflow library lets you skip that step when someone has already built what you need — or save your own workflows so you don’t have to rebuild them next time.

Finding a workflow

Open the workflow library from the Workflows page. Browse or search by name, and filter by practice area or category. You can favorite workflows for quick access. Workflows come from three places:
  • Personal — workflows you’ve created, visible only to you
  • Organization — workflows published by your admin, available to everyone in your firm
  • Saga Lab — curated workflows provided by Saga’s legal engineers, designed around common legal processes
Select a workflow to preview its steps and configuration before running it.

Saving and sharing

After you’ve built a workflow that works well, save it from the builder. It’s added to your personal library. If it’s something your team would benefit from, check Request to make organizational when saving — an admin reviews and approves it, and it becomes available to everyone. You can also duplicate any Organization or Saga Lab workflow into your personal collection to customize it for your own needs. The original stays unchanged.
Saga’s legal engineers can build custom workflows for your organization. If you have a multi-step process that would benefit from automation, reach out to your account team.
