Overview

Solo is Saga’s self-serve plan for individual practitioners and small teams of up to 5 users. You manage your own subscription, seats, and invoices directly from the billing portal, with no need to contact support for day-to-day account changes.

Billing portal

The billing portal is where Solo subscribers manage payment methods, download invoices, and check subscription status. It is self-serve, so everything is accessible directly from your account.

Seats and billing roles

A Solo subscription covers up to 5 users sharing one subscription. The person who purchases the subscription is automatically assigned the Billing Admin role. The Billing Admin can:
  • Manage the subscription and update payment methods
  • Download invoices
  • Add users to the workspace from the Licensed Users section of the admin panel (see Admin panel)
To transfer the Billing Admin role to someone else, contact support@sagalegal.io.

When you outgrow Solo

If your team grows past 5 users or you need firm-wide controls like automatic user provisioning and organizational sources, consider Enterprise. Contact support@sagalegal.io to discuss an upgrade.
