# NetDocuments

The NetDocuments integration lets you import documents from NetDocuments directly into Saga. If your firm uses NetDocuments for document management, you can browse and select files without leaving the platform.

## Where you can use it

The NetDocuments option appears anywhere you add documents in Saga:

* **Knowledge base** — click **Upload** and select **Upload from NetDocuments**
* **Chat** — click the attach button and select **Upload from NetDocuments**
* **Grid review** — click **Add documents** and select **Upload from NetDocuments**

## Browsing and selecting files

When you open the NetDocuments picker, you can browse your cabinets, workspaces, and folders. You can select multiple files at once.

Documents are copied into Saga as a one-way import. Changes in Saga don't sync back to NetDocuments, and updates in NetDocuments don't automatically appear in Saga.

## Setup

NetDocuments is configured by your admin from the [admin panel](/guides/admin) under **Settings > Integrations**. Your admin enables the integration, enters your firm's ndConnect Vendor Access Key (starts with `ak_`), and selects the region matching your NetDocuments data center. Vendor Access Keys can be requested from NetDocuments at [apisupport@netdocuments.com](mailto:apisupport@netdocuments.com). Once enabled, the integration is available to everyone in your organization.

If you don't see the NetDocuments option when uploading documents, ask your admin to enable it.
